What to do when it snows.........

Make Snow Ice Cream Of Course ....

It has been so cold and I confess I was not super thrilled to see snow today.  How am I going to go to Market, Jus will be out driving.....the thoughts can go on and on.  However, having children quickly brings your eyes to things that bring joy......

My youngest comes bounding in with this request,Mommy, "let's make Snow Ice Cream" 

Well, Ok. 

Here we go.......Jon had already placed the bowl outside to collect the snow and I thought maybe all of you would like to see too.  I love to grab my camera after a friend suggested to take a picture every day.  I have taken that advice and I am so glad.

Add some more Coconut Milk......Hmmm......what is that black spec?  Dad...Jon, where did you get all this snow :-)) Sometimes it is best just to not ask!

I think some chocolate Coconut Milk will be good too!

Ahhh........settle down in front of a heater with cold ice cream and a J.M. Cremps Adventure Catalog.....what else can a boy possibly need :-))) Mmmm.. very good according to Jon. 

and yes....it is still snowing!
