When I looked out the window this morning I was surprised by a small clump of miniature daffodils blooming!!! So excited. However, I was busy with some homeschooling items and could not slip out. So I sent Justin and then allowed Jonathan to go when he completed Math. They took some beautiful photos for me. So thankful for them.
Here are a few......

These little beauties are really small compared to regular daffodils. When we announced to Mark that they were blooming he said that is because they are so low to the ground. Our bigger ones are not blooming yet. I was immediately struck with this thought....just like us, we bloom when we are low. The upside down economy of God....We die to truly live, we lower ourselves, either in heart attitude or on our knees in a posture of prayer and then we are lifted.........So thankful for the reminder to come unto the one that is meek and lowly in heart for it is there that I find true rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
